• Where is the store based?

  Hilversum, Netherlands

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Why, of course! We live "outside" ourselves, haha.

• When will my item be shipped?

  I ship orders 2-3 times per month on the 1st and 15th, more often if possible.

  Why? Due to new European laws, shipping has become trickier and therefore MUCH more expensive (a mininum price hike of 10+ euro!!).
  To make shipping remotely affordable for you, I have to bundle my orders and send them out in groups of 6 at minumum instead of per 1.
  During busier months I can ship orders more often.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders from the Netherlands will be sent out within 2 working days.
  Orders from outside the Netherlands will be sent out within 15 days.

  After it has been shipped, our postal services will need this much time:
  Netherlands: 1-3 days.
  Europe: 3 days up to 2 weeks.
  Outside of Europe: 2-5 weeks.

  That means you should receive your order within:
  Netherlands: 1-4 days.
  Europe: 3 days up to 3 weeks.
  Outside of Europe: 2-6 weeks.

• Can I get reduced shipping if I order multiple things?

  With the increased shipping rates, I recommend ordering with friends to split shipping costs. Plus, if shipping turns out to be much cheaper than what Storenvy calculated, I will refund those shipping overages. Happy shopping!

• Do you offer Track and Trace?

  Yes, but not by default.
  If you want Track and Trace, please buy ithe "Track and Trace" item from my shop. The costs will be added to the shipping price of your order.

• Will I receive an invoice? What about customs?

  I do not include your order form inside your package, since you already receive this as an e-mail. I try to keep paper waste to a minimum.
  However!! As member of the European Union, I am obligated to fill out a customs form with the value of your order on the outside of your parcel. I will not lower the value on this sheet as that would be fraud.
  You might have to pay customs in your country.

• Do you take commissions?

  Yep!

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• What if something is wrong with my order?

  If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly, either through the Contact page or through your Storenvy account settings page.
